"This was a perfect hotel for us - a family of 5. We had lots of room, a beautiful view of the Three Sisters, a full kitchen and a sit-down eating area for the family. The underground garage made coming and going easy and comfortable. The service was unobtrusive but always there when we needed them. The appliances were a bit wonky - I'm not sure if the dishwasher and laundry were misbehaving or we were using them incorrectly - but they served their purpose and we were grateful to have them. Bathrooms were nice with good water pressure. WIFI was reliable and easy. Overall, lots of little things are done very well at this hotel, making it a relaxing, comfortable place to stay."
"Great place to stay, within walking distance of the main street in Canmore. Place was very comfortable and clean! The beds were very comfortable. Check in was very easy and the staff were very kind and helpful."
"The studio unit was well equipped. The location is great. The staff members were very helpful. The view of the mountains was wonderful. Two things: carpets will need replacing soon and we found the mattress lacking in support. We use a tempurpedic at home - so much better sleeps"

We stayed at Falcon Crest Lodge in Canmore during Christmas week 2023. What a find!
Great location, convenient to Banff, Lake Louise, Icefields Parkway, Kananaskis Nordic Spa. Super comfy beds. Staff was so friendly, responsive, and welcoming! Special shout out to Donna, Elliott, and Eric! They even had a visit from Santa one day, and he had a gift for every child with the child’s name on it (they had called ahead to check if it was ok and the age and interests of the child).
Although Banff is wonderful, Canmore is a charming town on its own. We were able to attend a local hockey game .. Canmore vs Calgary, at the local rec center… what a blast!.
Don’t miss StoneWaters, fun gift store downtown and Tank 310 restaurant (beautiful views)
We will be back, and we will stay at Falcon Crest Lodge.

"This was our first trip to Canada. We didn't have high expectations for this hotel, but we were delighted.
Advantages:
- location is walking distance to downtown Canmore with bars and restaurants and shops
- Very well-equipped rooms including a bedroom, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom. There is also a dryer and washing machine and a large grill on the terrace.
- Free parking right next to the hotel
- At the reception you will get good tips and information about trips around the area

1. Don't forget the bell and bear spray :-)
2. Also visit Banff, which is also very nice.
3. Just walk around the river in Canmore :-)"
